Simple, and the same for everyone: one enrollment when you join, one quarterly plan after that, and your sitter's rate paid directly to her. No hourly charges from us, ever. We never touch sitter pay.
Enrollment: $85, once
Joining Busy Feet starts with a one-time $85 enrollment. It covers setting up your family: your children's profiles, your house rules and emergency contacts, and matching you with sitters we've interviewed and reference-checked ourselves. $5 of every enrollment goes into the Village Fund, which sponsors memberships for local families who need a hand.

$99 / quarter + $5 per booking
Priority booking window + backup-sitter promise.
Choose GoldPlatinum
$189 / quarter + $0 per booking
Concierge booking, top priority, no per-booking fees.
Choose PlatinumThe per-booking fee is the only other charge from us. It's how we run the matching, confirmations, and backup-sitter promise. You can change plans at renewal, and you can cancel any time: your plan stays active until the end of the quarter you've paid for, the current quarter isn't refunded, and nothing is charged after it ends.
Founding Families: our first five families get the $85 enrollment waived and their first quarter of Silver free, in exchange for honest feedback while you use it. (Gold and Platinum enroll at the regular price; a card stays on file for booking fees, same as any member.) 5 of 5 spots left. Claim yours from the home page.
What you pay your sitter
Sitters set their own hourly rates (from $20/hr in St. Johns County, $18/hr in Palm Coast) and you pay them directly (cash or Venmo) at the sit. Sits are a 3-hour minimum, then whole hours. If driving is part of a booking, mileage is paid to the sitter at the IRS standard rate.
Just visiting? Guest & Event Care needs no membership at all: one flat $25 booking fee, sitter paid directly.
